[Resolved] ZTE v9c Reliance Tablet — Handset Heating and no display | |||
Respected Sir/Madam This is Santosh Channalwar, From 1st Floor, Gore Bldg., Santoshi mata Road, Sanhjanand Chowk KALYAN(w) 421 301, i have problem from ZTE V9c Tablet Mobile from Reliance, this handset is automaticaly Heating after switch on handset, i went service center and ask them for this problem withing 15 days and they repair every time and tell problem is solve, but after some day/ hrs again same problem in handset So please Guide me and Solve my problem Thank You Santosh (+91 [protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi Santhosh You can contact ZTE customer care on[protected] from monday to saturday from 9 Am to 9 Pm for a repair service they will help...
ROM PROBLEM : in my v9c tab ROM is 160 MB but in paper is witten is 512 ROM so plz ell me ...

I am using Reliance Tab Made by ZTE since last year, there was a minor charging problem in my tab On 28/03/14 I went to The NET Surfer authorized service centre for ZTE in srinagar loction and the take my Tab and committed that device will be ready on 31-03-14, on that day I went there they have repaired the charging jack but they have damaged the display on my Tab, they promised me that they will replace the display with in few days but till date they are not picking the phone nor they are giveing me any update regarding my phone, I called them regularly on there phone no,[protected], and other cell no., I got somehow [protected] the person who give me receipt for the Tab when I submitted my Tab there but the person is saying me that He left the job from there, and I got the no. of there boss Namely Mr. Wasim [protected] but He too is so irresponsible the He never bother to receive the phone, I am very much fed up with the service provider, I request the ZTE personals to kindly intervene and provide me the timeline for giving back my Tab.
