The HR is just terrible or even we can say non-HR. The way the employees are given false promises during joining are very sweet words. Later on during the 6months or later appraisal, the same HR says "company policies" are different and there are no commitments towards anything. They also bring up some un-heard of issues and find ways of saying they will give only small increments.

After some time we find that external guys are recruited at higher rates while internal people are treated shabbily. Even if we want to quit, they harass with bonds and take money upto 1 lakh or more in cash. even for genuine cases. They are horrible. Many of my friends went through night mares.

Finally many people didnt mind bond or other payments and quit because market is good nowadays. finally we are happy and tell our friends also about our situations.
