I had ordered for my laptop battery online with them. Made advance payment. It was never delivered. kept following up on email. No response. Called them up on[protected]. No response. After a painful and ardous effort, one day I was lucky that they picked up the phone. They politely informed that part of not available and they will refund the payment. have been 20 days. have called them some 18 times. no response. mailed them 5 times. no response. really frustrated. no product delivery and no refund. how can we sue such cheats and get the refund?
