I'm giving my full support to kumaruuu, rammmmm and ajith1952...

This is one of the worst and fake company in chennai. i never seen this kind of worst company.

And Rajesh creating a very good terminated story to cover this post.

This company register under ministry of corporate affairs but they are not following any rules...

Simply collecting money from the freshers and wasting their life.. not proving training and salary.

And Mr. Rajesh, Are you ready to answering my questions?

Are you really proving the salary to the employees?

I know well you are proving salary to only one girl working in Xplorez bcoz of Shami (MD) and that girl are in love... i don't want mention her name here...

that guy dinesh posted the add has been terminated from the company long back becase of involving himself in the software thieft in the company he is not kumar he is dinesh ct

no that rajesh is telling lie, he is one of the md for xploerz technologies .. so he create a story and try to cover tis post. wat actually hpnd is, rajesh md and swaminathan md both rudely behaved with dinesh and admin receptionist (relation to md) beat him in md cabin.I saw that incident. they didnt given security deposit fully to him and no pending salary.
Now they also collecting deposit money 85000 currently without refund.. not giving salary to the employees from MARCH. For me there is no option to resign and go. becoz of 1 year bond. dnt trust tis company. md's are rudely behaving with .net team. they developing office, but not issuing salary. this xploerz technology is cheating office. i m suffering alot without salary by past 3 months. dont come and fall in this hell.
Government Should take nesscary action on this company.

I am working in Xplorez from long time almost its gonna be 1yrs .Am happy and satisfied as per a terms & condition of Company .Mr. Ram posted that company is "low level company" I think he dont know the programing language properly .So he not able to manage the situation, so he left the company .Requesting you guys Dont believe this idiotic comments

All the people above are telling truth except that rajeshhrr2011... i also worked there and came out... they cheated my money too...fraud company their moto is to cheat graduates... thats it and plz guys even dont waste ur time to atten interview also...

hi friends, this is not a IT company.they will ask you to pay 50, 000 first.then they il say 7000 salary for 6 months.after tat hike, promotion.so tat u il get upto 10000 to 15000.bt they wont provide salary.stil they didnt provide salary to employees.no proper training, no system, no salary.i worked there and came out.now im suffering to get back my 50000 and salary.not oly me, many people are fighting to get back their money.bt they are cheating.rajesh and swaminadhan are cheating al freshers those who are searching for job.plz dont go for tis kind of fake company.tis is 100% fake.tomjoy and rajesh said is ultimate lie.dont believe and spoil ur life in this fake company.

I suffered lot from this company. Saminathan and Rajesh both are MD of this company but they don't have a capable to become a MD. Simply they started the company and spoiling the freshers life.

be aware guys don't join this company and spoil your career. this is very worst company. They are asked me to pay 50000 for IT job. but i'm not interested to pay money for get they job that time Saminathan called me he said 50000 is not refundable. after 2 weeks again he called and convincing me to pay 50000 he will make it for refundable. I asked about the salary process. he told my starting salary 7000 after 6 months 15000. i believed his speech and arrange 50000 from my relatives. but after paid the full amount Rajesh and Saminathan both are behaving rudely when i asking for my salary..

Then i said i'm not able to work with out salary. i requested him to settle my refund money. but both are speak very badly and rudely with me. i didn't get my money. there is the misunderstanding problem happened with my relatives due to losing the 50000.

I'm unable to sleep peacefully for getting cheated by Saminathan and Rajesh. I don't know what i'm going to do.

I'm praying god... god will punish both of them (Saminathan, Rajesh) for cheating the people for getting 50000 and spoiling there life.

true friends this is one of the worst and fraud company. They are cheating graduates.

I also worked there Rajesh and Saminathan cheated my money and not provided salary. if any one ask your refund money or salary that stupid Saminathan behave rudely and badly to the employees.

They don't have any project in that company simply collect the money from the graduate.

My dear friends don’t believe this company and institute. They are 100% fraud company don’t join with them for work or course. They will not provide any salary and not provide training properly. More no of fresher’s and working people get affected from this company.
