Subject : Dispute over transaction made online by credit card on Kaunsa.com Dear Sir, I have made a transaction of 11th July 2013 through my sbi online bankin my transaction ref.no – Rs.1400- from (kaunsa.com)MIFY Solution PVT LTD, but there were no update from seller from 2 weeks so I called their customer care, and got to know that the they will delieverd my product after 1 week but till that they havnt deliverd my product.. When I asked to cancel the order and refund the money, I was been told that they don’t have refund policy.. I request you to plz resolve my problem asap..
