Sir, i find very necessary to inform you that after several communication i didn't receive any proper response/neither goods till date. Your distributor lost of 1 carton medicines sent from concept pharmaceutcals ltd, aurangabad doc no[protected] on 23/04/2018, which create me huge inconvenience. Please take the matter in serious. I gave you 1 (One) week time from today 26/5/18 to 3/6/18. If delayed i am bound to take legal action via consumer court under tezpur, sonitpur jurisdiction. Please contact local tci counter ([protected]) here at tezpur for your satisfaction. Waiting for your urgent reply. Regards
