Airtel — I'm complaining about internet speed

The internet speed is too slow it's like almost none any apps or website is not loading. Even the speed test by ookla app detects the speed as 0 kb. Please look after the problem immediately. I won't be in a known area how am i supposed to do the work as the internet is not at all working. This is wellington. my airtel prepaid no:[protected]. Now am staying in uae. My sim card not working since last week.i am getting sim card registration failed. i want to activate my card. kindly let me know what i have to do for activating my card.
