Concorde Motors — delivery issue - concorde motors, cochin

Hope you are doing good.

I am writing this email to find if my issue can be solved without much waiting.
I had booked a tata tiago xz on 24th sep, and your sales team had promised a delivery within 10th oct which is today, your team used to call frequently until booking and thereafter i had to chase them, and doesn't get a proper response even after escalating from the sales executive to team leader and finally to sales manager which he never managed to reply, it's not surprising if the head behaves so then cannot expect anything better from his team. Please give them a proper customer care training too and ask them to treat customers well.

The last reply which i got was that they had a load of vehicle but the vehicle allotted to me isnt there in the lot, i have a question which needs an answer - are the vehicles on transit allotted on names of customers? I know it's not, someone had put pressure and vehicle supposed to be delivered for me was delivered to him.

I cannot wait any longer and i need a reply cob today please.
