Concorde Motors — car not delivered payment done invoice also not ready

I booked tiago xz plus @ concord guindy branch on 3rd august 2019. I paid full cash on last week. My sap order number is[protected]. Showroom response is very worst. Please find the issues below,
1. Not received quotation or commitment data for 2 days. I went directly to showroom on 06th august and got the papers.
2. Not received final amount details on 09th august. I got it on 10th august. Reason they said system issue. But i got details in hand written paper on 10th august.
3. They committed to deliver on 15th august but till now 15th august papers are not signed. Now, they are saying delivery is on 19th august.

My frustation is mainly bcoz of not receivng any updates from showroom everytime i will call or go directly and get the updates. Now they are saying this offer amount is not valid for this month we are discussing with mumbai main office to get approval till now they have not handovers invoice. I sent email to main office till now no response.
Can you escalate this issue and refund the amount.
