Concorde Motors — excise duty refund | |||
Hi, This is my second compliant regarding the excise duty refund that i should have received 8 months ago. I did not receive any sort of response for my first complaint that i sent to you people, this shows how bad you are at your service and the way you treat your customers. I had bought tata indica in the month of dec 2016 from concorde motors chennai velachery showroom and i am still waiting for the excise duty refund for my car tn 20 ck 7641. I have been calling and emailing people for the past 8 months with no success of getting a positive reply, every single time i call they give the same answer asking me to wait for a month time. I have waited for 8 months like this and i have lost patience. I dont know why your company cheats the customer like this and what profit you get out of it. I am gonna post all my worst experience with your company in all the social medias and every possible consumer compliants website unless i get my money.
