Concorde Motors — Unable to do Business due to not given proper documents and botheration of EMI | |||||
Dear sir we are ordinary people, we can't afford this huge amount but we have borrowed this amount and deposit on 21/08/2014 to your CONCORDE MOTORS (INDIA) LTD, Prabhadevi.And extra amount for document is 8, 000 rs also paid. After that many phone calls are coming from Tata Motor Finance to pay the installments. Tell me sir what to do? We have to pay the installment but no proper documents without documents I cant do any business even they are not giving proper answer . I totally frusted. I had full trust on tata, so buyed one tata nexon xm, i booked my car on concord, on july 2018, but since i got a good offer from another cardealer for the same car, i asked them to cancel ma booking nd bought the same from another dealer. Now its october end no sign of my advance booking. Do i need to complaint to consumer court?
