Confirmtkt — AMOUNT NOT YET CREDITED - ARN :[protected], PNR-[protected] date:22.10.21 (Ticket No:-1841138 dt.16.11.21)
SBI Bank Customer Care not entertain me, clearly telling regarding this matter talk with IRCTC.
IRCTC also telling, we are not responsible if any body bought ticket from third party.
Now What to do ?
will not get my money refund,
You have given me ARN no that’s enough against my refund, then why you were asking for upto date Bank Statement .
Nobody ever rely on any online transaction, if getting like bitter experience.
Now Just confirm you will credit my refund amount to my account or not.
