Confirmtkt — Fooling cistomer

I had booked one raileay ticket on Confimtkt .
We have filled the form correctly and when we received ticket we found out that wrong stations where reflecting on ticket and was charged more than double for the ticket then actual ticket charges. They are nt ready to accept their system mistake and everytime has been told that senior person will be calling back in 1 hr but no call back. Even no reply on the email which I had sent to them.

Some how was able to speak to senior person he had been forcefully stating that i have change boarding station immediately. So we generated ticket after u change boarding station and amount will remain same.
This ppl are just putting blame on customer only .
When I asked why no transaction detail for the first ticket they say we can't provide . They are not ready to send original ticket copy asper themwhch was booked and charged accordingly. I am surprise how cum no transaction detail for the amount they charged and blaming me in changing boarding location.
Asper rule each transaction detail has to be provide . Bit they say no for it.p

This company seems to be fraud and looting customer it seems .plz do not use this app. And book direct tickets on IRCTC as in my case when I had call IRCTC they said they won't be able to help out as tickets where been booked from third party app.
