Confirmtkt — refund amount inr 234 instead of inr 2355

I cancelled tickets with the following details pnr - [protected], confirmtkt booking id - tk14423872k83 and irctc transaction id - [protected]. I received the email that states the refund amount is rs. 2355 on october 24, 2019. On october 26, 2019 i got an email saying that rs. 234 will be credited to my account. I am getting no clue for the balance amount and none of their customer care numbers are working.

On 24th December, 2019 I made payment of Rs.413 for booking the ticket through Confirmtkt
app but ticket was not booked. I called many times and sent many emails to confirmtkt and PayPal but still I didn't get refund money.
Rs.413 was debited from my bank account but ticket was not issued.
Please help me in this matter.
