Confirmtkt — ticket refund related

Dear team
I hv booked ticket for 10th april and on 6th april i hv received msg related to refund that 345 rs will be refund but on 8th april i hv received that 120 rs will be refund. When i contacted ur customer care he was do rude and did not explain and disconnect my call and it was pathetic experience. I hv not done cancel my ticket as i was already aware that if i cancel the ticket complete amount will not be refund.in my confirmtkt app it is showing that 345 rs will be refund and 120 rs has been deducted.
