I want to buy 1.5 ton ac but the order received is 1 ton ac, can this be exchanged.. Order is not opened yet.

Order is placed through flipkart, we actually want 1.5 ton ac but some how we order by mistakly 1ton ac, we want your support to exchange this with 1.5 ton and will pay the rest amount also the product is not opened, same can be checked.

This is very worst thing when same I discussed with flipkart customer care
They told me seller info we don't have & refund or replacement policy not available for your purchasing product.

If I am not getting solution or this I have never purchase any product from Flipkart & also same discuss in my friend circles.

I have purchase LED Tv from Filpkart, TV is not working from mar-2019 and we was already complaint to micromax but still no any action on this.

I ordered for LG Microwave on Flipkart on[protected] and it was delivered to me on 25/10/2019. Unfortunately the Starter kit was not included in the package. I am forwarding a copy of the invoice. Please arrange to send me the Starter Kit.
