We bought a new epson l360 model printer on 16.12.18 and till now it is unregistered by the seller eventhough we tried to register it on epson registration forum but the serial number is not match with the product which we had bought, many times we contact the epson call centre which is in bangalore they also not responding and they said the same reason the serial number was not accepted. We booked the installation call log through by sms, two days left over not an single inrtaction with anybody from epson side. I'm an exisiting customer Was this information helpful? |
