I've joined gym on date 05/01/2020 and paid 3500/- 1 month gym membership which they haven't provided me any recipient or membership form for it next day i fall sick so i went cancel twice but they refuse to me due i'm not able attend the gym i asked refund my money as i've attended any session but they are not giving refund n this was not informed me while joining nor i have signed any documents of rule n regulation i need your help for my amount refund
