Continental Club Holidays — cancellation & non refund of membership fee (cheat company cch)

I krishna kumar agrawal got a call from your continental club officials in april 2017 and they invited me and my wife at d mall rohini delhi. There mr. Rahul agrawal attended us and made us false promises about the membership. We paid rs 10000/- on that day and on second day after reading cch we refused to take membership. Rahul come to our home next day and insisted & forsed us and again made false promises and cheated us by giving wrong information. He assured us to provide best accommodation along with food plans, spa facility, car for site seeing @ 3 to 9 rs /km, 4-5 star properties, etc. Etc. We paid 61000/- for 5 year membership for 6nights/year for all season membership. Also he told us to provide 30 nights in addition in dae membership.
Now they are offering me budget hotels making excuse of peak days (My membership is for all season). Also mr. Imran told me that there is a policy problem with dae and it will take 3-4 months more time. (Not sure after 3-4 moths this will be given). Now they are telling me that rahul is not company we can give services according to company rules and regulation. Rahul also promised me that i can surrender the membership in 1 year time if i am unsatisfied with their service. After that in april 6 2017 i requested mr. Rahul to cancel my membership and refund my amount that he stopped replying me and has changed his mobile no. Now he is not tsking my calls.
I felt cheated and asked mr. Imran & mr. Himanshu to refund my amount but they are refusing to refund my membership fee of rs. 61000/- which i have paid to them.
Please help me in this regard to get my hard earned money back from this cheat company.

Good event in hotal moonlight jaisalmer by continental club holiday.
I book Azzure by spree hotel at Goa by continental club holiday . Hotel is three star very good location near calangute beach .We enjoy our holiday at Goa.
Not giving my money and they are abusing me and not picking my phone

I have taken two days trip to shimla and was satisfied with the service. I talked to Miss/Mrs. Neha and she is very helpful and polite and eager to help.

Sir/Mam your sales manager, Rahul Agrawal, gave a holiday plan in 01/05/19 Khurja. In relation to which he had deposited his accounts with me 22500 / - by my debit card. The holiday plan I gave to me. They were all wrong and inaccurate. Even after calling the company MRD Head Ritu Mam, he did not act properly. So, I am not satisfied with your plans at all, please, please refund my deposit amount of Rs. 22500 / - in my account.
