Continental Club Holidays — cancellation of membership and refund of money | |||||
I am the member of so called continental club holidays under seaice. At the time of membership they showed lots of 5 star properties at many locations. But after sometime i asked them a property in nainital then they gave us only 3 options which were of 1 or 2 star categories.. When asked why they told that they don't have any property in nainital.. I was very disappointed with their service. When i called their customer service no., they told that we can't cancel the membership at any cost. I have not used any of their service from the start of membership till now.. Still they are refusing it.. I paid a sum of rs 42000 almost a year back. I am a government doctor by profession.. But at the time of signing u told that u provide 4 to 5star hotels and now u r saying that those are 3star hotels.. what u told u don't keep your words and promises.. i[censored] calculate the prices per night from the signing amount and amc is much higher than if I book it on my own for the property u gave options of.. U made me fool with ur false promises at the time of signing... Patthetic
we was provided the 3 option of nainital and all property's are 3 star plus. and you were refused it because of AMC (annual maintenance charge ) when our executive ask for AMC than you deny to pay it. and also deny for booking.
dear sir we never want to deny for booking you can avail it without any hassle but you have to pay AMC. because all taxes and administration free are included in AMC, and it was already informed you and it was clearly mentioned in the agreement which was you signed at the time of package joined.
