My self hitendra jain we have been invited by continental club holidays in jodhpur after having meeting of 1-2 hrs they have made lots of commitment while providing the plan that you get the hotel of 3 star and above category and spa facility and personal driver and will get travel card and vlcc coupon of 10000/- rs i have paid 85000/- rs midiately to them they have created tat much pressures on us and i hv given immediate transfer of 25000/- and remaining by check and after taking the plan i received my membership card aprox 6 month from the day i made payment and because of this membership we are not able to go any where because the continental club holiday people firstly they don’t receive the call and secondly they don’t revert of over mails and wrongly if anyone receive are call and when i said for booking hotel in udaipur which is under dae then they say we don’t have dae hotel bookings, which is given in there brousher too that they are member of dae and we can book any hotel in tat but when i asked them to book redission blue hotel in udaipur they said they will not be able to book that take some other option at that time i said them to give me the list of hotels they will be able to provide me but yet i have not received any mail from continental club holidays this membership have spoil my holiday plannings as well as my working time. So i want my hard earned money back n don’t want such membership. Please help me to get out of this all

i thing there is miss communication, actually you have joined the membership of continental club holidays not of redission blue, so services will be owner in continental club own and associate hotel/resorts. not in which you demand. and we were sent our list o[censored]daipur property's but you refused the booking and only want your booking in redission blue. one thing is clear that we always will provide you 3 star to 4 star hotel/resorts accommodation according to our company agreement.

No miscommunication is there ur agent have said us that the property which come under DAE u can book and redission come under it and u refuse to book tat and till date u have not provided us with travel cards and vlcc coupon which u people have committed
Us and ne again u people not getting my hotel booked for Bangalore no of times I mailed and called u people don’t even revert back and u people have made commitment to book hotel within 24 hrs which was absolutely false commitment and on 21 feb 2019 I mailed u and called u you have reverted me back on 23rd and after tat till date I have no . Of times mailed u and called u no response I m faidup of all this things . I[censored] don’t want to book let me know I m also faidup of all time Calling u and mailing u and after tat to no result . Just late my money back I don’t want to book any thing with u people . Worst services u people provide . I will suggest the other please don’t take any plan from this company because this people r going destroy ur holidays as well as ur mental peace before holidays and waste your time too and don’t get good hotels too for your holidays . Worst services and I literally want my money back . I don’t want to b member of this company .
