Dear Sir/Mam,

Please help me out in getting my money back from this fraud company . Whenever I mail them for getting hotel booked they never make any on time after no. Of calls I make to Miss Neha maximum time she don’t receive call and if she received don’t even listen to us and disconnect the call and when we mail them no responses it’s third time my going through all this harassment . Whenever I want to get hotel booking done I have to go through the harassment process of 10 - 15 days by again and again calling them and mailing them and after that if get the booking done that would also not be as per our wish they always have the excuses for not getting hotel booking of our choice . I want to get out of it and no. Of things which I want to let you know wat this company have done and he they have cheated us. They are as follows:
1.Fake representation made by your sales representative that amc charges of rs. 7, 500 will paid in the year in which you plan for trip, otherwise same is not payable, further this amc covers all sightseens and facilities like car at destination free of cost. Even your sales representative commit us all these things are written in the agreement. However i am very sad to say that these things are not written in your agreement. Your agreement says amc charges to be paid every year whether we make plan or not for trip.
2. Your sales representative told us that apart from list of hotel and resorts of continental club, we have various tie up with various 4 star and 5 star hotels. You can book any hotel at any point of time however such tie up hotels list neither provided by your sales representative nor same is listed on internet.
3. Your sales representative told us that with in 7 days you can cancel the membership and no charges will be deducted, however in your agreement it was written that rs. 10, 000 will be deducted as cancellation charges.

In view of the same fake commitments were made by your sales representative, therefore we want to cancel the membership and refund my 100% money paid without any deduction of cancel charges to maintain good relationships.

Updated by Jain Hitendra Now I have asked them to book justa hotel of chittorgarh they said we don’t have that property and last year they have given me justa Rajputana o[censored]daipur. I really not getting what’s wrong with this company they never give the property which we ask them to give and when in bangluru I asked them property to provide such disappointing property in which rooms are like we are getting suffocation from them . Always spoils my holidays. This company has ruin my all vacation after there membership . I am not getting what to do with them they are not even paying my money and also not giving the facilities what they have promised for what should I do . Please help me out with this . Help me in getting out of this membership and get my money back I can’t take this more . I am not only the suffere of this company there are no. Of other people please take serious action in relation to this .

Updated by Jain Hitendra No of calls I have mailed to this company they don’t receive the call and if receive luckily they don’t even hear you they just speak and disconnect the call. I have mailed them for booking on 18/6/19 but till 27/6/2019 no response to any of the mail. What should I do now just let me know that. I am sending you the picture hw many calls I have done in a day but no proper reply to it.

Updated by Jain Hitendra What is sence of making complaint if you people don’t solve it . Even after no. Of mails and calls and harassment this company not provided hotel and last day they said we are unable to provide bookings for this day and for booking I have mailed them before 10 days at that time they said we are busy with other bookings will consider you afterwards and when I tried to call them there is no response and no mail and one day before they say that we can’t provide you booking in the any hotel all are packed and when I checked bookings where available to that hotel they lied and when I said them that it’s all there mistake as I have mailed you people 10 days before even then no response and last day you are not able to provide the hotel then what is the sense of such membership where we have invested money for entertainment and happiness and relaxation we don’t get any of this things and instead of that we get harassment from the day we mail for booking by making no. Of calls and mails to get response but at the end what we get after all that harassment no bookings and all your holidays being destroyed . From last 10 days I am constantly making 20-30 calls a day for there and response out of that. Hardly one is being received and that if received there is no use because they are not going to here you they just pick the call what they have to say they will say it and disconnect the call and I use mailed them at least 6-7 or more but only one mail they have done also after constant reminder by calling . This is call done with me and at the end no bookings . And after all that issue they said sorry “ apki booking nahi ho paingi” . And when I said it’s your miskate why should I suffer then to settle that they have said me that we will provide you 2 nights free without charging AMC and at that time I asked them to send it in mail but till date I didn’t get any mail from them.
