Respected sir/madam,
My name is vinod kumar and employee code was 1978 in cec. My job profile category is workman (Unit c-12) in construction department at anant pur and my joining date was 10th oct'2008. Every month i was getting the salary after the deduction of epf and other levies. I resigned from cec in the year of 2010. Post the resignation i applied to withdraw my epf. My epf number was dl/34526/2043. I also get the same within 2-3 months after the date of applied in the year of 2011.
Post that, i joined cec (Bmrc - location bangalore) again on 26th jun'2011. On that time company issue me a new employee code 4430 in unit bmrc-ug2. Category was workman in department e003 (Project control (Metro). But in the year of 2011 organization (Cec) alloted me the same epf number (Dl/34526/2043) which was updated in last records.
After resignation, i filled a form to withdraw the epf but epfo department reject the same and reason was “epf amount against this number has already been released.
After that, pf rejection issue was discussed with hr team and they told me this was the error from hr department and other people also facing this problem. And new epf number provided by cec team to me as a resolution of my query. New pf number is dl/34526/8762. Hr team also suggest me to apply a pf withdraw request after 1 and half or 2 months. Because epfo department will take time to update the new epf number with uan.
After 3 months of that date, new form was filled by me to withdraw the pf account and same was verified by cec hr team. But form was not accepted by epfo department at dwarka, new delhi. They told me updation of epf number with uan is the process of concern organization.
From that day to till date nobody is helping me to withdraw this amount. So i’m requesting you to help me to withdraw this amount.
