I was an employee with Convergys starting from 3rd March 2017 till 30th June 2017. I wanted to claim my PF amount and have updated my KYC (Bank Account) which is pending with them for Digital signing. Its been long pending from there end now and there is no way to go for help. I am hoping they will approve my request as they were my last employer
