Respected sir/ madam,
My coolpad DAZEN 1 is in warranty period thats why i submitted my phone to TOUCH CENTRE ( COOLPAD DAZEN SERVICE CENTRE ) for fast and good service. But now there estimated time period for returning the phone is over and still i have not received any information about my phone.
i contacted service centre so many times but they either put me on hold or told me to wait a week or more.
today they changed the phones software / jack issue to motherboard issue and i also heard background of the call attendent during call (arre service centre wale pagal bana rhe h kya) and after that he told me to wait more.

sir i can't afford too much on phone thats whhy i bought this budget phone and i dont have any phone for past 15 days.

please help me to get me my phone back in original and working condition with all parts working in best condition.
