Coolpad Dazen 1 — Service centers of coolpad mobile wants more charges than the cost of mobile. | |||
Respected sir, i pranit saikaia who purchased a coolpad dazen1 mobile phone through snapdeal.com. After receiving the same due to my mistake it was fell down from my hand and its touch display was broken. Then i made a request to snapdeal for returning the same but they told it should not return. Later i had gone to its service centre at neheru place (Guru amar das building, 78, 2nd floor) but they told the cost of display & including service tax its cost will be about 4100 / - . But i told them the cost of mobile is 5999 / - so how can i give it. Its better for me to purchase a new one. Then they replied its your matter and again he was repeating this cost is 4100 / - and the parts of this phone is more costly than its cost. Hence i requested you kindly resolve my problem and provide me a better service according to the warranty of phone. Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased this mobile phone (coolpad dazen1) in September, 2015 through snapdeal.com but right now this phone is hanging out some times when i using Internet. Also doesn't connect earphones properly but it works well after switch off, but it problem occurs again and again.
Please suggest me what i do right now??
Can i replace this phone through snapdeal.com?? (because 1 year warranty given)
