Coolpad India — coolpad note, 5 immediately stops working

I was using my mobile watching some videos the battery was low so i connected it to the charging then immediately my mobile gets switched off and when i switched it on the home bottom was not working and shortcuts of control centre was also not opening notification bar is also not showing notifications. So kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Mobile kabhi bhi hang hone lagta hai. Or charger bhi thik SE kaam nahi kar raha hai. Or mobile ko charge hone me 20 SE 24 hours SE bhi jyada ka samay lagta hai

My device coolpad note5 lite is very slow open and very late restart my phone i have no update this time please solve this problem and this phone harmful app automatic update every time heating very late on and very late working app loding and too many problem this phone please reslove issu thanx you
