Coolpad India — i'm using coolpad note 5. i'm updated android version to 7.0 due to these multi screen in not working (option is lost)

Dear coolpad owner i'm facing a lot of problems with coolpad note 5.
Service centres are not responding correctly. They are taking too much time
For silly problems.
I'm lost my speaker after one month from purchased date. Service centres are asking more then 15 days.
I went service centre which is located in secunderabad, they installed new version
Due to these multiscreen in not working, i'm asked to him about this he replied that for these he w as my more 2 days
