Coolpad India — my phone coolpad mega 2.5d virus/malware problems

Same problem with my Coolpad Mega 3 phone. Apart from showing ads and forcibly installation o[censored]nwanted apps, these malware are slowing down the phone due to their constant operation in background which also reduces the battery backup. Coolpad is supposed to solve these issues as expected from them for the sake of customer satisfaction.

stupid company after update I also have this proplem...unable to solve...useless product...

Lets put it social media to help our fellow Indian friends not to purchase cool pad. Look at nobody bathers to reply from cool pad company, such a low grade company.

The latest update on Coolpad note 5 lite has malware and adware that get installed automatically and get reinstalled even after removal. Antivirus or antimalware apps are not effective. These are causing ads to appear while opening other apps, keyboard or at other actions. They also enabled additional services with my mobile service provider bloating up my bills.

While trying different steps I noticed that each time the service was getting installed, it was showing some notification from COOL MANAGER app which is built into coolpad phone. I decided to explore and it provided resolution.
Open Coolpad manager --> apps-->AD block -- > scan. This will list application having advertisements and will list the malware/adware listed above.
Click on the name of malware app like Pservice and click on option to "Forbid"application/service.

I did this for each service and VOILA.
I do not see any malware listed in installed applications and no ads at all...

I too face this issue. Installed kaspersky antivirus and it works. But I have free version. So have to manual scan. When I scan it shows trojan virus attack. But even after reinstall, it gets reinstalled. I don't know what to do. Frustrated and scared to use this phone. The company has to resolve the issue. I've attached few pics of scan result. There's a simpler solution. Uninstall the print spooler and all such malware programs. Disable the cool store app from app settings. If they still manage to reinstall, it means your phone been infected to a level where in they've set up a sleeping APK to protect such apps from permanent being uninstalled. In this case, simple goto app settings and then click on these malware apps and click on app permissions. Simply disable all permissions for these apps, it'll prevent the apps from installing other stupid apps and also will stop them stealing your data. I have purchased Cool Pad Note 5 Lite in 2017 through Amazon.com. My IMEI no. (slot 1) [protected] and (slot 2) [protected]. After some days some malware and Trojan attacked my phone. Before that I purchased Kaspersky Internet security premier version and activated in the phone. With the malware and Trojan attack some applications named com.assitant.common.workbase.apk. installed. Due to this without my permission some apps like mantra, Jabong and other apps installing and pop ups were aslo coming. However, the Kaspersky detected this malware or Trojan and detecting, (image : Screenshot_[protected] in between already applications were installed.

At first, I contacted to Kaspersky technical team and they anlysed my problem and phone hardware and advised me that it is not the problem of Kaspersky. In internet someone said it is the problem or issue in the hardware of coolpad. So, I factory reset and started fresh. Sometime after that same issue occurring. After that, I approached Coolpad service centre at Lakdikapool, Hyderabad in May. I explained them my problem and they flashed the phone and assured me no malware and Trojan will not attacked. But the problem occurred for last five days.

I need permanent solution and I request to your It people have to examine my phone
