Coolpad India — poor customer service | |||
I had bought a Coolpad cool1 mobile from amazon in the month of april.A month after using it, I started observing vertical lines on the display, for which I had given my mobile at the Coimbatore coolpad service centre. Its been more than 40 days now, and I still haven't recieved my mobile.The centre claims the status of my complaint to still be in process and that the necessary part is out of stock.
