Dear sir I have brought my coolpad mobile as from the starting onward I am finding problem with the speaker and sim lot not working properly and not available of proper network when Sim card are inserted in it and the receiving screen and call option of touch is not functioning properly and I have given my mobile to the service center for repair as it's under warranty but they are just taking lot negligency and returning my mobile that we have updated the software and it have been repeated several times I go to service center nearly three time but still my problem is not rectified as sir still I am facing same problem as usual, so sir kindly into it and do the needful sir as I am extremely unhappy with ur service center and your staff working in it +1 photos Was this information helpful? Jan 3, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Sir customer support executive and as well as the service center team is very rude it have been since three months I have given my mobile to them but yet it's not got repaired done till now even though I am a warranty customer but they r letting me to suffer alot Kindly look into it and do the needful sir as soon as possible Coolpad India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 13, 2017 Updated by Mohd Musharraf Sir despite several times I went to cool pad service center my phone problem is not solved even though it was under warranty period Jan 03, 2018 Updated by Mohd Musharraf Sir till now they have not taken any action regarding my complaint since it has been already three month even my mobile is under warranty but coolpad India is not giving any update and response but from u I have received a mail that coolpad India will contact you shortly but till now no reply from them since it's three months already my job status is that it's is ready for delivery but still my mobile phone problem is not rectified and it still with the service center from last three months kindly look into it and take appropriate action against them and their senior officials sasang Patel, as he knows Regarding each and everything but he is not ready to speak with me while I call him and telling the junior officer that he is not in the customer service support now Job sheet no-RGJOBHYD/[protected] Kindly ask the status once u sir phisically as this job sheet status is ready for delivery from last three months but still my problem is not resolved and mobile is with the service center only, and service center people telling that works has been kept on pending by coolpad India but when I cantacted coolpad and mail them they are not giving any response to my mail nor on phone and just kept the status as it's ready for delivery kindly look into my concern and talk with them Jan 03, 2018 Updated by Mohd Musharraf Sir it's my request to u to Kindly solve my problem else provide me the new handset asap as sir I am suffering from last four months onward but no voice and response to my mail else my call, they are disconnected my call also, so kindly look into it sir please it's my Earnest request to u Jan 03, 2018 Updated by Mohd Musharraf U people are keeping on replying that coolpad India will contact you shortly but no body is responsible and contact me by neither by call nor by mail, so in this case what could I do sir please suggest or else take action against them asap as I am a warranty customer sir Jan 03, 2018 Updated by Mohd Musharraf Once just u talk one toll free number of coolpad India and tell Kindly transfer the phone to Sasang Patel senior supervisor I am Kondal Rao from Telangana a he is not at all ready to talk with me as it's have been there month already and they have just updated the fake status as the mobile is ready for delivery on 23 of October only and when I contact service center they are telling that the it's have been kept on pending by coolpad India and when I mail them above 100 mail to their mail I'd they are not giving any response to me and also disconnected my call
