Coolwinks — not giving money back

I ordered 2 sunglasses worth of ₹1888 form coolwinks app and paid the money online via Google pay.
When I ordered my product I sent an email to coolwinks regarding my product about the eligibility of the mentioned offer.
That time they said my product is eligible for the money back and the money back will be sent post 14 days of delivery in the same mode of payment by which it was done.
I waited for some days after receiving my product but I didn't get my moneyback then I again contacted Coolwinks about ny refund, they again said that money will be credited post 14 days of delivery.
I even contacted Coolwinks Costumer support and their costumer support also told me that I'll be getting the Cashback.

But after when my return period was over which was 10 or 14 days, after that they are saying that I already applied for an offer so I'm not eligible for the moneyback.
Then again when I called on the Costumer support, they are saying the same thing that I'm not eligible. Before that they no where mentioned about this offer and now they are continuously saying that you are not eligible as per terms and conditions and hence I won't be getting the moneyback.

And Now they are not accepting and continuously saying that can't do anything in this regard.

They are frauding their costumers by sticking their terms and conditions.
