[Resolved] Coolwinks — provided me with the glasses of wrong power | |||||
ORDER ID: CW[protected] I had ordered a pair of glasses on offer from Coolwinks. However, after receiving the specs, it turns out to be particularly uneasy to wear it. I had ordered 2 specs from Coolwinks itself before but I didn't face such problems with it. So I believe there is something wrong with the new ones, as after wearing them for 2 to 3 hours my eyes starts paining. I bought the specs when the Buy 1 Get 1 offer was running. So, I don't want return offer on the specs because the offer of Buy one Get one is not there anymore. And when I asked them that the price is too high now, they suggested ne to return it and buy the new specs without any offer price and finally told me that your low budget is your problem. Is this how the customer service should be ? Hence, I would like a replacement of my specs or I'm ready to accept the return offer if and only if you give me the offer of buy one get one and return on my coolcash.
