I had placed an order for spectacles and had to make return of frame beacuse frame size is bigger and not suited to my face hence, i had to request to return the order. No one came for pick till the 14 days has over now, until date i've not received my refund and no one came for pick up there is no reply to my emails or call.

I'm so annoyed that i have been following up continuously. The customer care number is also an std call for me which attracts additional charges on my phone.
