Coolwinks — why is it not going for pickup at the right address

I initiated the return. They are not coming for pickup. They are not returning my money. They are sending the delivery person to wrong address everyday purposely.
I want strict action to be taken against them and a heavy compensation should be charged from them.
I requested a call back from a senior person also. But no one called back

I want these fraudsters to be charged heavily and i want my money back
