Coolwinks — complaint about my refund money | |||||
I was ordered a spects on coolwinks. At the time of order I had a 100% cash back offer. I received a damaged product. Hence I was initiated a return in 10 th day the website says that you can return your product within 14days. They are not picking my spects and they are not responding my emails. They are texting like " Our Executive ([protected]) was unable to pick your COOLWINKS package with AWB[protected]."
