COORG Holiday Inn — Cheating and not refunding

We planned our trip to coorg thru coorg holiday inn mr. Rahul bopanna paid advance ten thousand for four days three nights package. The cottage we were given was horrible from inside dirty muddy water from tanks all kind of insect days old rotten food in the vessels kept in the cottage. The cottages look attractive only from outside with that bright orange colour however inside was very bad. We used it for only one night but now the owner mr. Pemmaiah denies refunding the balance amount rs 500/- as we checked out in one night instead of three mr. Rahul is blaming us for choosing the cottage as if we knew it will be so badly maintained
