Corporation Bank — Amount not credited to account which is refunded by Amazon | |||
Sir/Madam, I had ordered an item in Amazon on 21/09/2020. I have initiated the payment by my corporation debit card but, I cancelled that order by the next day. On 05/10/2020 I got a message from Amazon that my money was refunded but, till now it is not credited to my bank account. I also consulted to Amazon customer care they told that it is already refunded by us. They told that your money is strucked somewhere in your bank server. I also visited to nearby branch of corporation Bank but they didn't responded well. Then I was told to fill a dispute form and also post a complaint. Please credit my amount as soon as possible as it's very essential for me. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
