Corporation Bank — atm related

My name is hemashree k my account number is [protected] my debit card number is [protected], i had used my debit card on 01/7/2019 (07:30) at lakshmi nivas atm i had done 1 transaction of 10000rs and my transaction has been failed and immediately amount as been debited from my account of10000rs please help me to credit my amount to my account as soon as possible

Amount 25000 has been debited in my saving account via ATM Withdrawal in date of 06/07/2019 & 15000 debited at same place date of 08/07 /2019 but that time my ATM CARD was safe in my hand
