sir or madam

i have the above mentioned account with your branch i faced a problem
on[protected],[protected] while doing the transaction onilne through my
debit card (rupay, mastercard) the amount had been deducted from
my account but the receiver did not receive the amount and caused
payment refund to my account ([protected]) ([protected]) so i
kindly request and solve my problem ass asp
