Corporation Bank — cash not transferred

Hello sir/madam.
On 8-3-2019 i transferred cash for which transaction was failed, but cash has been debited from my account and now being more than 48 hours i haven't received any reverse cash. On the other hand the cash hasn't been deposited to my cousin's account. This is really annoying matter. This is for the second time i have faced such a problem and it's my humble request to sort it out. It would be more better if it doesn't occur in future. So, i kindly request you to do me a needful favour soon.
