Dear Concern,

My name is Dinesh Vasantbhai Patil, account holder in Corporation Bank with the account number [protected] in Bilimora Branch [Guajrat -396321]

This is regarding the cash withdrawal from Union Bank ATM on 10/09/2020 as I have tried to withdraw Rs.500 [two time x2 =1000] from Union Bank's ATM located in Bilimora Place and after entering details in ATM I got the SMS stating "Thanks for withdrawal of Rs.500 & 500 but in that machine the cash was not available so I haven't received the cash from that machine.
According to bank policies the amount should be refunded in my same account within maximum 24 hours but still I haven't got my refund amount.
So I request you to refund my amount asap.
