Corporation Bank — deduct the money without my permission

I have not withdrawal the money 1500 from my account still they deduct it from my account..now I don't have money in my account to go back to my home. I need to book the ticket but the money is not there in the account...I called three times on customer care number every time they are telling me to wait coz am in the que and when my number is coming in waiting list on 1st after that the call get disconnect not the single time the call was connected to executive...
