I have current account no. [protected] (Name of vasantha collections) with sathy road branch coimbatore. Before that we have not operating this account regularly because of their always giving poor customer services. As today, i have visited that branch (Time 1.15 p. M.) for enquiry about cashless swiping machine to that branch officer name of mr. Nagaraj and mr. Uday. I am asking only the details for getting cashless swiping machine. That officer simply told to me
"come 3.00pm and get the details"
