Corporation Bank — money of transaction failed is not refunded yet

Dear sir, i am a client of your bank and hold a saving account in your sunam (Punjab) branch. I have made a transaction of 3204.71 rupees towards sol on[protected]Stan no. 335590 or stan no. 971867). At first my transaction got failed. I am sad to say that despite of writing application top your staff there has been no action taken till date. My account details are:
