Corporation Bank — Refund money not processed

Amazon already refunded the money amount 1455 Rs with Ref no 30005402810272221487312 on the date 06 Oct 2020 but still it did not come in my corporation bank account.

Called Amazon and they are saying the seller processed the money. check with your branch and file a dispute charge. I contacted to branch (RT Nagar, bangalore -32) also but they did not help. Do not know what to do to get the money.
Please refund the amount.
