Corporation Bank — refund not credited by bank

A refund amount was initiated by amazon on 28 feb which was guaranteed to be credited by 8 march but it has still not been credited. When i contacted amazon about it, they told me that the have already initiated the refund and is pending by bank side. Also the customer care executive of corporation bank are not giving satisfactory reply. Refund ref id[protected]
