Corporation Bank — Refund of Amazon not reflecting | |
Not received the refund initiated by amazon 21Oct, 2020 On 22/09/2020, i have ordered salwar suit from amazon and did online transaction from my saving account of Corporation Bank. I returned that dress and refund was initiated in 3-4 working days. On 27/09/2020 the refund was initiated to my account by amazon..They told me to wait 3 to 5 working days to reflect in my account and mailed everything and gave reference no also.. On 6 Oct I went to corporation Bank met branch manager, she told to mail them...They will see to it.. but nothing happened I got the answer it will take time...But i have not received any money and its been around 15 days. Not received the refund initiated by amazon... MY BOTH REFUNDS ARE STUCK AND NOW ALMOST 15 DAYS ARE OVER... Now I am tired of going and asking same question and getting the same answer..
