Hi team,

I have ordered the phone from amazon website, unfortunately the order got cancelled because of some sever issue. The amount 16270 has already been deducted from the account and amazon has initiated the refund on[protected],
As per the amazon team the refund should reflect in the account by[protected]
But still the amount is been refunded into the account.

Please find the authorization code for the transaction for the refund[protected]

Kindly process the pending refund from your end at the earliest as the refund was initiated on 6th june.

Hi team, In continuation to the Previous mail, As requested, Please find the Amazon email id which i have a recieved an response saying that refund should get reflected to your account by 06/12 as they have initiated the refund on 06/06th. Amazon group email id :- [email protected] Below is the Response which i recieved from Amazon:- ================================================================= Hello, Your refund of Rs.16270 has been processed successfully on 2017-06-06. The amount should reflect in your account by 2017-06-12. The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 715700733926. In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query. Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund. Hope this helps.
