I am Dr. Keith Gomes. I visited your Mapusa Branch, Goa for updating my passbook.
The Banker Mrs. Anita was extremely lethargic and did not know her work well. Further there was no communication from her at all.
Though I was the second person standing in line she kept entertaining people outside the line.
When I told her I've been standing for the last 30 mins for updating the book, she rudely told me to sit down and said that the system was down. In reality she was clearing a big heap of cheques in front of her.
I wish to reemphasize that I've been to many banks but this is the 1st branch where there is no discipline at all. There is no token system and the staff mentioned above is incompetent.
I also wish to bring to your notice that the customer always comes first. Your staff (Anita) should be courteous with the clients.
Your staff is not doing the customer a favour by updating their passbook. It's their job and if they feel So, I'm sorry I will have to change my bank.
I hope you look into the matter and make the necessary corrections to avoid such an unpleasant experience to other customers.

I am having bank account with your hudkeshwar road branch. I am having issue regarding online payment.
I transferred money through online netbank 1-4-2019 But my money was debited from my account 5000 but not credited to benefitiary account.
